No Show Policy
hello@tbd.health****Notice of Acquisition ** TBD Health Inc. was recently acquired by Wisp, Inc. As such, all applicable references to TBD HEALTH INC. or “we”, “us”, or “TBD Health” shall now be "Wisp, Inc." below. **
In order to best serve our patients, TBD HEALTH INC. or “we”, “us”, or “TBD Health” will charge a $20 fee if you cancel or no show less than 2 hours before your appointment. This fee applies to all in-person appointments in our clinics, telemedicine appointments (including follow-up care) and sex coaching sessions. We will apply a 5-minute grace period.
This policy allows us to serve our patients in a timely manner, allowing for wait times to be kept at a minimum.
